Most websites make you wade through half a page of waffle before they answer the question you actually typed in. That got on our nerves enough to do something about it. So we built Driftfolio: a UK site that just tells you what you need to know.
We started this because we kept landing on pages that talked around a subject instead of answering it. You’d search for something simple how much a service costs, whether you qualify for something, what a word actually means and end up scrolling through three paragraphs of padding first. We wanted the opposite of that.
Driftfolio isn’t built around one narrow topic. Real life doesn’t work that way, so neither do we. One day we’re writing about DVLA paperwork, the next it’s a recipe, the next it’s a straight answer to something odd you half-remembered and needed to check.
